CacTech is a small, independent software company in Arizona, founded in 2026 and run by Ryan, a web developer.
It started with a simple observation: everyday tasks like resizing a passport photo or setting up court paper are fiddly, and the tools for them are often buried behind uploads, sign-ups or paywalls. CacTech builds the version we’d want to use ourselves: fast, free and private.
Like the saguaro, the plan is to grow slowly and last a long time.
